Solana Beach, CA Job Type: Part-Time Mon–Fri (Consistent Shift: 8:00AM-1:45PM with extra hours until 4PM occasionally.
Salary Range:
$21.50-$23.00 / hour (Depending on experience and credentials).

A Day in the Life of a Lead Teacher:
You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be facilitating discovery. On any given day, you will:
- Create and implement engaging, child-led learning experiences based on our play-based curriculum framework.
- Connect with parents through Brightwheel.
- Collaborate with your team during paid staff meetings to share ideas.
The Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 12 units of child development college courses.
- At least some experience working with children aged 2–5.
- A warm, empathetic communication style with both children and adults.
- Ability to pass a mandatory state background check and fingerprinting.
